Promotional Terms & Conditions

Acceptance. Whenever you use or attempt to use a promotional or redemption code to claim an offer, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
Offer Period. Each promotion runs for a limited time, only for the period it is advertised. The Skincare Tools may cancel or alter any promotion at any moment, without notice, as it sees fit.
Conditions. Promotions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They do not apply retroactively to earlier purchases, and they cannot be stacked with other offers or discounts, nor with price matching against another retailer. Unless a promotion expressly says otherwise, it cannot be used together with other offers. A promotion will not necessarily be offered in physical stores as well. The qualifying spend for a promotion is counted on merchandise alone and leaves out Gift Cards as well as shipping and handling fees, unless stated differently.
Offers are non-transferable. Every dollar figure in these terms and conditions is expressed in Australian dollars (AUD). Promotions can be limited by stock availability.
Excluded Items refers to sale items and electronic Gift Cards, unless a promotion states otherwise.
Redemption. To claim an offer within its offer period, fill in the redemption code from the advertisement in the promo code field at checkout, or buy using a code that applies automatically. Coupon codes cannot be paired with any other offer. Unless stated differently, each redemption code works one time only.
Returns. Should you return an item bought with a promotional offer, or request a refund for it, the amount of the discount is not given back. Gift Cards and clearance items cannot be refunded.
Change. The Skincare Tools may, at its own discretion, modify the terms and conditions that govern the offer.
Offers:
1. Now and then we may run website promotions. These are governed by these Terms together with any extra promotion-specific Terms that are incorporated here by reference. Please read the particular conditions of each promotion; going ahead with a purchase means you accept the Terms of that promotion.
2. Under the company T&Cs, items bought while a promotion is running cannot be returned for a change of mind, and return shipping is not free. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
3. Coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers, and only one coupon code may be used per order.

Competitions and Giveaways:
1. Instagram Giveaways. Participants in Instagram Giveaways must be at least 18 years old. The number of entries is unlimited. The dates during which entries qualify are published on every separate post. Entries that arrive once the competition has closed do not qualify. Winners are chosen randomly among all qualifying entries and contacted by direct message, on the platform hosting the competition, within 72 hours after it closes. Where relevant, winners are also tagged on the original competition post. The prize, as described in the individual post, will be sent to the winners. 2. Competitions. Entrants in Meta and website competitions must be 18 or over. Each competition page lists the dates when entries qualify. Entries arriving after closing do not qualify. Winners are drawn at random and informed by email within 72 hours after closing, and they are also named on this page. Prizes cannot be transferred or converted to cash. Entering signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions. No social media platform hosting the competition sponsors, endorses or administers it. Giving us your email address adds you to The Skincare Tools database and means you agree to receive marketing messages; you can unsubscribe whenever you like.

Bundle (Kits) Terms & Conditions

Special bundle prices apply only to certain bundle products that are put together in advance.
Bundles are sold as full sets, so their contents cannot be tailored, replaced or split up.
A bundle price cannot be used alongside another offer, promotion, discount code or promotional voucher, except where stated otherwise.
Prices and availability of bundles may change with no advance warning.
Bundles can be bought only while stock lasts.
The bundle price is tied to the specific bundle product SKU. If you buy the items individually, the bundle price does not apply, and The Skincare Tools has no obligation to give you that price in such a case.
The Skincare Tools Returns Policy governs bundle returns and refunds. A returned bundle has to come back whole, unless Australian Consumer Law requires something different.
Regular shipping rates and warranty terms are applicable to every bundle order.
The Skincare Tools may change, pause or discontinue bundle pricing whenever it wishes, with no prior notice.
These Terms & Conditions do not remove, limit or alter any right or remedy you hold under the Australian Consumer Law.

Promotional Period

The Promotion runs from 12:00pm AEST on 17 June 2026 up to 12:00pm AEST on 24 June 2026 (the "Promotional Period").

Any entry that arrives outside the Promotional Period is ineligible.

How to Enter

Participants enter by buying one 4D Pro Laser Light Therapy Face Mask on the website of The Skincare Tools within the Promotional Period.

One (1) entry into the Promotion is granted automatically for each eligible 4D Pro Laser Light Therapy Face Mask purchase.

Orders that are cancelled, refunded, subject to a chargeback, fraudulent or otherwise invalidated before the draw will not count.

A customer who bought one 4D Pro Laser Light Therapy Face Mask before the Promotional Period, then returned, cancelled or got a refund for that order, and bought the same product again during the Promotional Period, will not receive an entry for the repeat order.

A customer who already owns one 4D Pro Laser Light Therapy Face Mask but makes a further genuine purchase of an extra 4D Pro Laser Light Therapy Face Mask in the Promotional Period will, however, get one (1) entry for that extra purchase, as long as every other eligibility requirement is satisfied.

A winner who returns, exchanges, cancels, charges back, disputes payment on, or is refunded for their qualifying order must give the prize, plus any gifts that came with the purchase, back to The Skincare Tools Pty Ltd.

Nothing else is needed to enter.

Odds of Winning

How likely it is to win is determined by how many eligible entries are received in the Promotional Period.

Winner Selection and Notification

Within seven (7) business days after the Promotional Period ends, one winner will be picked by random draw from every eligible entry. The email address linked to the winner's qualifying order will be used to notify them. The prize can be forfeited, and another winner chosen, if the winner is unreachable, fails to reply within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible, or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

Returns, Refunds and Order Cancellations

The winner needs to hold on to their 4D Pro Laser Light Therapy Face Mask purchase. If, before the prize is delivered, the winner cancels, returns, exchanges, charges back, disputes payment for, or is refunded for that qualifying order, they lose their right to the prize at once and a different winner may be chosen. If any of those things happens once the prize has been received, the winner must send every prize item and associated gift back to The Skincare Tools Pty Ltd in its original state. When the prize is not returned on request, the prize value may be taken out of any refund, where the law allows. The Sponsor may pick a replacement winner from the other eligible entries.

Rights Granted by Entrants

Accepting the prize means the winner allows The Skincare Tools Pty Ltd to publish the winner's first name, home city, likeness, testimonials and photographs, along with related promotional content, in marketing, publicity and promotions, with no additional payment, except where the law forbids it.

General Conditions

At its sole discretion, the Sponsor may cancel, end, change or suspend the Promotion if fraud, a technical fault, unauthorised interference or any other matter outside its reasonable control compromises the Promotion's integrity or correct operation. Any entrant who interferes with the entry process or breaks these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified by the Sponsor.

Limitation of Liability

Entrants who take part agree to free The Skincare Tools Pty Ltd, together with its agents, affiliates, contractors, employees, officers and directors, from responsibility for any claim, liability, loss, damage, injury or cost that results, directly or indirectly, from taking part in the Promotion or from receiving, holding or using a prize.

Privacy

Any personal information gathered for this Promotion is managed under The Skincare Tools Privacy Policy, and is used only to run the Promotion and to communicate with customers about it.

Governing Law

New South Wales, Australia law governs the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions. The courts of New South Wales have sole jurisdiction over any dispute linked to the Promotion.
